• Responsible for identifying, analyzing and completing appropriate survey sources to support compensation
• Interface with HRIS on compensation related systems and tools • Administer and provide recommendations on variable pay programs (i.e, incentive bonus, equity based awards). • Develop hiring pay package recommendations • Prepare reports on the competitive market positioning of positions • Administration of annual Total Compensation Review process including communication, administration & implementation • Identify market data needs & participate in survey matching process • Assist Business with the communication, administration & determination of awards • Communicate, analyze, and make recommendations on compensation policies and procedures to appropriate personnel; researches and responds to inquiries. Minimum Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field • Must have a minimum of 5 yrs of compensation experience; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred • Excellent analytical skills including the ability to analyze a variety of data, determine validity, draw conclusions & make recommendations • Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel • Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Power Point • Experience working with HRIS (Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors) preferred
